RE:RE:Congratulations LTS BOD!!!
Sent this today,  having forwarded notes in the past. IR at Lightstream is really useless and seem to be acting as gatekeepers only. It will be up to the institutions to get on board to really make this work.

Dear Sirs:

As an original shareholder I want to address the deep satisfaction in the performance of this company in light of the long term and steady decline in the share price of this company.  The current price represents a level that is approximately 20 % of original investments capital. Referring to the comments of John Wright and the time his stated goal was to “ maximize company value”.  After four years of value destruction of the share price I think it would be clear that this has not taken place. I would expect that the Board of Directors need to exercise their fiduciary responsibilities  to immediately take steps to convene a committee and conduct a “strategic review” of all options available to this company.  Current management appears to disregard what the market is telling them about the steps that need to be taken to improve the balance sheet in order to get a better valuation of the company’s shares. With that being the case it is becoming clearer that shareholders do not have confidence in the leadership of this company resulting in the share price at all-time lows in a supportive price environment for commodity prices. As the company’s shares are currently mispriced to a reasonable book value calculation the company is vulnerable to a low ball takeover offer.

Should clear evidence of action in this regard not be forthcoming I think you can assume a more organized effort by activist shareholders will be imitated.
