Update from National bank

Update from National bankMost of the report is the same as october 17. Here the new (interesting) info:

Awaiting Alberta Cabinet approval. We believe the next sitting is on Nov. 5th and at this point we do not know if Dover is on the agenda (not publicly disclosed). Management noted on the conference call the Dover project is being treated as ordinary business within the Cabinet and believes the appeals process will have no impact on Order of Council approval.

 Both parties hopeful for resolution out of the court system. The FMFN have confirmed that negotiations are ongoing with Dover and that they hope to resolve this before a formal court process. Ultimately we believe this issue could be resolved outside of the courts, and the parties are working towards an agreement, specifically relating to access management (pace of development & minimizing surface access).
