hung in there through earnings
i decided not to sell today based on management's consistent optimistic view.  i am not saying i share their view of continuous overpromises and underdelivery but i knew they would only have a positive attitude about the future and their own abilities.  at some point which seems like it's happening now investors will stop believing their optimistic view.  personally i do think they will get money from the put/call option - may or may not be the full amount based on negotiations outside of court.  the real question is can they secure a big jv deal?  so far the answer is no - i believe they need to add to the management team or get rid of some of the lame tlm execs they hire - what did tlm ever do except lose money for shareholders...poach some execs from successful companies who can make deals and then i will start beliving
