Mr. Flintstone, I understand the plan to start the mill in the November.  My comments are based on the fact given the last MD&A that BGM has already spent the $15M from E.S.  I understand that they have a burn rate of over $1M a month without even starting the mill.  My question to you is, how can you start a mill with no money.  You need employees, the ability to pay the payroll and payroll taxes, energize the mill, buy chemicals for the processing, and still pay all the consultants that are on the project.

How do you do this w/o $.  It is my view that E.S. gave BGM just enough $ to hang themselves.  This line of financing is becoming the common place in the Jr. sector.   E.S. has done it before, and sure he will do it again.  Read the terms of the loan... Tell me what you think happens if they do not make the first payment?   Please tell me how you understand the terms...

I promise you, E.S. doesn't say.... ohhhhh, I understand you can't pay... Silly me for wanting my money back... When you get it, let me know...  

If you look into contracts like this, it is blood in the water and the legal staff push the terms as fast and hard as they can.
