Solstice Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company with district-scale gold and lithium projects. The Company's district-scale Atikokan Gold Project is approximately 26 km from the Hammond Reef Gold Project owned by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Its 194 km2 Red Lake Extension (RLX) and New Frontier projects are located at the northwestern extension of the prolific Red Lake Camp in Ontario and approximately 45 km from the Red Lake Mine Complex owned by Evolution Mining.

I was thinking, like you would, that with any agreemen valued at 1/2
billion dollars, there must be mountains' of details to be ironed out.
I have to admit that i am also somewhat impatient, but realizing why
i bought my position in SGC in the first place, i am not caving now, R !
