RE:AGM News - October 31

RE:AGM News - October 31Nobrainer I can fully understand your pessimism regarding the dilution.

I have to agree that the decline in the share price  over the past 3 weeks is very discouraging  . When the shares were halted many of us had expectations of  a further rise to 15-16 cents based on what seems to be positive news.

The fact is  the Company has definitive plans for both Sri Lanka & Quebec and in the coming weeks & months development results will be forthcoming from both of these locations. If as many expect the News is above expectations ,the share price will be driven by the results  and the prospect of future production.

With a change of name idetifying the Company to the Graphite business llets hope this is a new  beginning  I believe the Management of the Company would like to make a success of what they have planned  moving forward.
