RE:Some thoughts This is a clarification concerning my earlier post which compared our Molo Graphite property with Mason Graphite's high grade Lac Guéret property in northeastern Quebec
Mason Graphite's Lac Guéret property presently has a M&I resource of 7,595,900 tonne grading 20.40% graphite on its presently explored 39.8 hectares.
Our 100% Molo Property on which exploration work has been performed on 62 hectares has a M&I resource of 124,380,000 tonne grading 6.34% Graphite with a 2.0% cut off.
While the explored NI-43-101 size of Molo is presently 1.56 times greater than Mason's Lac Guéret explored NI-43-101 size, Mason's grade is 3.22 times greater than Molo's, but our tonnage is 16.37 times that of Lac Guéret's. While this is not a solid method of comparison - both Mason's and our PEA show similar mining economics. In addition, based on our 10//24/2013 news release we will be receiving a further 10,811 hectare of land immediately adjacent to Molo.
Doing a quick comparison of both quality properties, while considering similar costs and economics 16.37/3.22x1.56 gives Molo a 3.26 advantage over Lac Guéret before considering the potential of the added 10.811 hectare immediately adjacent to Molo.
