RE:RE:RE:see article below about the takeover of VoltaBut bottom line is still - BTO got VTR for pennies as VTR falls victims to the current market malaise.... Moreover, if POG stays at current level, BTO would just put Kiaka into its back pocket for a while to come..... BTO knows the value of Kiaka in a high POG environment, but not now.... Hence they just spent pennies to acquire VTR.... what a shame... that VTR could not develop the mine by itself or JV with BTO or someone else which may have brought more values to shareholders.... Lots of people are under water with this deal (PP at $0.74, $1.55, $1.90), I thought I would have better days ahead with VTR management doing this on its own..... obviously they could not do it by themselves in current market after spending all the money and hard work.... Of course, after granting cheap options at $0.125, this deal suddenly turns into a windfall...... but that is the risk if you invest in juniors ...
