RE:Cancelled leases.Not surprised that some of you are looking for a dividend, seems like money grubbers (and so called dissidents) are always showing up whenever a payday is looming. This is money that was already invested and so should be earmarked for exactly that, reinvestment. In theory that should provide for a nice spike in SP at which point you are free to sell a few shares and go buy yourself a beer or two. I'm constantly amazed at the level of greed people have when they see the dollar signs, amazed but not surprised.

That said, I would not be opposed to a nice rights offering to us loyal shareholders, say 1 right for each 5 shares you own to buy one share at .10 with a warrant for another share at .15 good for one year. Making that offer now would make a great gift and show some gratitude from the current board.
