One way or the other, a Slam Dunk

One way or the other, a Slam DunkIF what the company has been reporting re. this situation is true and accurate, and it legally must be, Stans will win.  My own belief is that the action is, in part, entered into with the intention of forcing the host government into appropriate action.  That is my guess as to what will happen--settle all in favour of Stans and grease the skids to make up for lost time.  There probably also would be a much smaller amount of cash judgement going to Stans.  If that doesn't happen, then I think the results of the court action are pretty much assured, although with much less of a cash judgement.  That is why I can't understand why anyone would now be selling shares at these record low prices.  Finally, IMO, there is some assurance of favourable action.  My only concern is that just about everything in Russia is corrupt and I would have concern about any action in Moscow--capital of Russia's Mafia Capitalism--must assume company knows its way around this corrupt system.  I will watch and plan to add to my initial purchase of shares yesterday.
