RE:RE:How does DXE spell "Oil"? Try completed "PP" Yes irish..there's always the part jwall doesn't tell you..it all speaks to the mo why those terms were not disclosed...basically the terms were another sweetener to entice the brokers to go for the ruse...pick up already in the money shares...a sweet 6% cash commission and don't forget beyond the units an addittional 6% wts at 18 cents, brokers' wts ..here's more... seems the insiders just agreed to swap their tradeable shares for the restricted shares to make the private placement easier to place quickly. If they were planning on holding onto their shares anyway, it doesn't hurt them to do this. So its just a confirmation that they were going to hold their shares -- which is not that shocking. If they sold, we would have found out anyway...thanks to Canadian Insider...
also the next thing jwall will tell you...
"The small amount of capital from the units financing should be enough to get both companies through a low capital period until the pipeline is in to SLK. Trucking will bring you some revenue, but logistically, that kind of operation is stop-gap in that region. A pipeline and other facilities are required."
then he omits to say that pipeline costs have been quoted at $20 mil and around 1 year to build
last item to remind all is this..the Tunisian govt do not allow significant gas content to be flared...wasted...if much gas is with oil, then facilities have to be built to monetize ng component
so merits of well will be effectivly stranded untilissue resolved
jwall also used to pump that any oil flow would mean a NAV around $2-$2.50
who's to say that jwall won't become the profit prophet...but weigh the balanced perspective here
jmho...that's why I rebutt pumpers' posts...weigh they odds..if you like the high risk/reward.
.I HOPE YOU ALL WIN
I'll say it again..I love seeing natural resources put cash in everyones' pockets
