Vista gold considering selling 25% stake in Midas

Vista gold considering selling 25% stake in Midas
Just read the last NR from Vista about evaluating it s stakes in other projects then Mt. Todd...it s no secret Vista has found itself in corner with it s shares trading at historic lows...the question now is will they sell their position in Midas? And will Teck buy it...if that would happen at 1.00$ per share that would mean Teck will controle 34.9% of Midas...and if Teck  want s to take over Midas in the future they will have to acquier only remaining 66% (if the S/S stayes the same)...

the PPS Teck would have to pay for 66% of Midas is far less then for 90%....hope Vista doesn t sell...just thinking outloud...any thought s anybody????
