Another very accurate summary... well done...one point though, unfortunately brokers are not going to reccomend this stock right now at .05 cents and 1% commission to their clients. To much compliannce risk to take on and be held accountable on by the client if the issuer fails.  However promoting on Stockhouse or Stockwatch, or trying to get a letterwriter can change the game. This is how the pennystocks have to do it so investors like us will buy in our discount broker accounts.. its a new world out there.
