KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. RE:The bait is out

RE:The bait is outAgree with you Investo,
I suspect that this is the reason why KWG was provided the opportunity to apply for the patent.  It conceels the true identity of those who did all the testing...we kinda know that it's either Xstrata or Outokumpu or a collaboration of both, as well as initiate a partnership, JV, or PPP.  Any company wanting KWG's chrome assets would be foolish to abandon the possible PPP in the process.

Consequently, if Clf were to make an offer for KWG (following a "valuation" of course) this would bring out a competing bid from either X or O or other, but would prevent the bidding from starting too high given that Clfs starting bid would be based on the valuation.

Exciting prospect and we know that KWG's value keeps rising with every tick of the clock.  I think that if X or O did this deliberately it was to weaken Clf's position in the ROF even more and prep them for a fire sale of their ROF Cr assets.  (especially BD)  I don't think that X or O are interested in being in the ROF unless they control the most valuable chrome assets ie. Big Daddy, Black Horse, and Black Creek...JMHO

Best of luck to all KWG longs
