The current information circular indicates:
1. Excessively high salaries for a TSX listed company.
2. High overhead
The market shows: A significant decline in shareholder value since the split.
The news releases show: Acquisition of "exploration" projects with no revenue.
The royalty model appears to contain a widening split. Only the insiders appear to be benefitting.
