I think the market makers are selling down the shares down to the $1.95 strike price that the $70 million bought deal shares were priced.  Investors are also scared off because they don't know how much debt is going to be on TBE's books once the deal closes. Until a web presentation comes up on line no one knows their future plans therefore their is no reason to invest in the issue.
