DXE to close final tranche of their PP today and suspect final word on NFKs today/tomorrow.

Is this lining up for end of week announcement.   SP seems to be anticipating same.

At this rate, warrants will certainly be looking attractive to provide added liquidity for new investors plus more funding for the gusher everyone is expecting (okay - assuming/wishing/hoping).   But as so many have correctly pointed out - THERE IS OIL HERE.
