I Back FrontFour

I Back FrontFour

How much are each of these new board members being paid in salary, benefits, stock options, etc. - presumably they are not working for free.

How many shares of RPL have each of them purchased using their own money?

Are these people the best that RPL could find? Are they better than the alternative board members FrontFour proposes?

This looks like an attempt by RPL to head off a special meeting as requested by FrontFour by in effect, making it look like they are making changes and addressing FrontFour's concerns.

A special shareholder meeting as outlined by FrontFour Capital is a great idea in my opinion. Shareholders need to know what went on over the past year at RPL in terms of the compensation received by each board  member and employee at RPL and what services/decisions they provided warranted that compensation - and what if any wrongdoing went on - not have it swept under the rug.
