Cochrane, don't get me wrong,  I'm thrilled that the Northern Gateway & TRANSMOUNTAIN expansion are back on the table.   I was getting nervous when both Keystone and the Gateway were blocked which led to all kind of crazy "blue sky" ideas -  west to Valdez, Alaska or north to Tuktoyuktuk.  The Universe is slowly getting back to normal which means that Canol light crude will flow south to Zama just like it was always intended.   I'm also hopeful that both the Delta gas and Central Mackenze gas will find it's way to Prince Rupert.   That would make  MGX a triple crown winner!
