I threw a dart at the calendar the other day, landed on Nov 6 2013 for the NR announcing closing of the final tranche of the PP. 


I'm so busy (and fighting off a cold) I didn't even realize until a few minutes ago that TODAY is that day.

We shall see if the dart speaks the truth.  LOL

Anytime this week would be welcome, sooner is better tho!
