BB has 3B+ cash plus 1B LoC why BB accepted that f... offer ? It smell very fishy !!!

Yes, they expect a cash burning period in next 6Q.'s why don't they try to stop it sooner by getting new marking heads whose know how to sell the product instead of keeping that bouben guy with no result.
