For sure, MEI has added the desired second area. But the need to acquire a second core area casts a shadow on the quality of the original lands - merited or otherwise. Then there's the departure of de Freitas, which is a huge can of worms - the terseness of the release indicates disagreement, while the succesion plan indicates reasonable foreknowledge of events. AND WTI is being hammered. Plus a little dilution. Yes, MEI is understood, but taken as a whole, the events of the last two weeks validate a SP pullback. Show the market time-  again. If you believe, this is an opportunity.
