let's get this straight....Many of you are focused on Fri am, don't be!

First off, the deadline is pertaining to the discovery process before/if this goes to trial.  ZMS has requested, and the judge has agreed, that St. Gobian needs to produce some requested docs by Fri am. This has NOTHING to do with the timing of the Markman hearing.  Oh, and the judge that is ruling on the Markman to establish the "language" surrounding the Markman, is not even the same judge that has requested the docs before Friday. Again, UNRELATED. So most of you should not obsess with hearing anything substantial on Friday. My guess is that someone did their DD and relaized the above and doesn't like the fact that Friday is just noise, so dumped. It will be their loss...

The second reason is the fundamentals. Some of you have a grip on the upside here and it's large. IMHO, it's a double, at a minimum.

Don't forget, good things are sure to come, unfortunately it's taking some time. Stay strong and long.
