Just thought I would jump in again. After digging into how the UIC process actually works at the EPA, I have no doubts about the issuance of the UIC. As to the constant legal wrangling employed by the town, they are indeed wasting tax payer dollars that they cannot afford to waste.

The opposition has been funding a spin machine for a long time now. I would say this upsets me but all it has done is given me a LOT of buying opportunities.

The company management is a stellar team and I have no doubt that they will be able to get all of these issues resolved.
