WHAT IS GOING ON????

WHAT IS GOING ON????
At first this company looked like it was going big time.
Then the price topped out and started going down.
Next  the price bottomed out and it started going back up.

All of this with no news.  Nobody knows anything.

If anyone has any idea what is happening it would
sure be nice to know.
