I believe that is why Eric structured the load the way he did. He understands the value here is in producing and showing this property can produce.

There is enough money to do some Q&A and necessary exploration but the motivation is definitely set on production. Where I think it needs to be.

I believe they are ready and will produce and there will be more than a few surprised people sitting on the sidelines with their mouth hanging open come summer 2014.
