Same ArgumentsI seem to recall reading similar concerns/bashing on the WCP, SGY, and especially TOG BBs after they also initiated a dividend. As with those, growth investors will be replaced with income investors and the stock should do well. The only one that I'm aware of this year that was a disaster was RPL. Presumably LRE management are smart enough to have learned from that example, crunched the numbers and not initated a dividend that will quickly prove to be unsustainable. GLTA
