RE:Looking upbasically the stock is selling at a substantial discount to NAV because of the existing debt burden. investors are factoring bankruptcy risk into the price of the stock. however, if you remove this debt burden, which a bond issue would do, you are eliminating this risk. so the stock should quickly go back to trading at or better that its NAV.
