Main points:
  1. EAG intend to take project all the way to production unless good offer comes in
  2. New CEO to be appointed with a technical focus on taking project to BFS in 2 years
  3. No problem with funding, institutions have made offers/enquiries
  4. Short term focus on expanding the resource and getting feel for the scale of project
  5. No problem with mining the deposit once production starts
  6. No point at current time in looking at levels below 1km as not economical to drill just to find out what is there.
  7. Talks regarding consolidation with neighbouring owners (Murgor Cliffs)
  8. NI 43-101 out before PDAC (March 3rd)
  9. 4th drill coming in to drill more holes in SW area to add to results just results.
  10. No intention to do reverse split at the present time.
