The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Stock and rapid, two sets of warrants... DD....white... go to the newest presentation, some of the 20 cent have been exercised, i watch the short report, I believe they have been exercised recently.. I once thought the 75 cents would be exercised, I dont think so much now.. so Id consider fully diluted with 20 cents out, and a lot of the directors warrants, as well as perhaps the 35 cent warrant. If company is taken over the next year, then I would expect 20 cent and 35 cent to be gone, and a good portion of director options/warrants. I dont know if there will be more warrants/options set at AGM... the amount is just about 10 percent of the issued shares... so I assume no more options to be set... just my thoughts.
