RE:RE:Procera and Avassi work together...Hello,

It would appear that having the QoS offerings for video over the internet that Avvasi provides, is a valuable tool that Sandvine could offer through its sales channels.  This sounds like a good fit for the two firms to work together.  Avvasi is a privately held company.

From the perspective of a person who works outside the tech space, the prospect of Sandvine purchasing a company like Avvasi would be a huge move in making itself more appealing to existing and potential new customers.

Being that they are both homegrown Waterloo based companies, wouldn't it be logical for both firms to work off of each other and take advantage of the synergy?

Could I presume that a move like this would move the SVC SP upward?

Just pondering the potential here.  Comments are most welcome.

Cheers and GLTA.
