RE:buying debentures - eom

The majority of the exchange traded debentures are convertible. The majority of these can be redeemed at maturity in either stock or cash, at the company's election. Specific to ATP, there is Cdn$44.9 million principal amount of 6.50% convertible secured debentures due October 31, 2014, these do not give ATP the right to force holders to take stock instead of cash. All the other series of ATP debentures can force you to take paper at maturity.
I just wanted to make sure that investors were aware of this fact.
