Wondering why EXN share is in the dumps?

I can guarentee you that it is too do with EXN financing thats coming. They have stated over and over that they want to buy another company out and that money will come off the back of an equity financing in the near future. I would say a $1-$1.25 is a great price too start accumulating. GOod luck and remember this all occurred in 2009 too.
