RE:RE:Board Voting Results are on Sedar

RE:RE:Board Voting Results are on SedarBones, your analysis is interesting, but I disagree with you when you say that there is no legitimacy to the vote results.  If non-insiders don't vote 65m shares then we get what we deserve.

Also, the theory that insiders voted 25m shares as a block is an approximation, but it does not work very well.  For example, it is false to say that Gubitz and Rae got zero votes from non-insiders.  I had just over 500,000 shares as of record date and I voted FOR Gubitz and Rae.

The voting results on the auditors was very surprising.  It definitely means someone on the insider team thinks its time to change the auditors.  Stay tuned on that one.  With a new director team, they coult make that happen next year.

On the vote for "advance notice for nominating directors", that could have been McRae breaking rank with insiders.  Maybe he wants to keep his options open to make an ambush nomination at the next AGM to get back into power.  (However, I think it is unlikely to happen because once you retire, you get to like it.  The lure of going back to work cools very quickly.)

I don't  think McRae controled the show in the end.  He lost control when he signed the settlement agreement with Wells.  He signed that to protect his investment.  McRae is gone.  He sat at the back of the room.  He never said a word at the meeting.  His company is being dismantled and someone else is doing it.
