Wow rogue actually put together a sensible post.  I happen to agree with you that the EV/CF metric is strong for a producer with over 40,000 boe.  The problem here is that this is a debt story with 3.5X net debt/CF.  Selling assets in a market with WTI falling and high differentials isn't going to be fun.  It is going to be a long road to strengthen up the balance sheet and we are in the middle of tax loss selling season.  Overleveraged companies are great in strong markets and brutal in bearish ones.  IMHO the short term downside out weighs the upside.
