RE:RE:Scotiabank's coverageI agree with PSJ that the Scotia target is conservative, but remember these guys are analysts. If they predict $7 and it hits $10 they are heroes. If they predict $12 and it hits $10, they failed, so it is in their best interests to play it safe.
