I sold my shares because of this PP, expecting the stock to drop.

PP participants can sell their shares on the open market and buy the PP for 20 cents, getting an additional warrant and cashing in on the difference. Not a bad deal.

This is nothing else but lining management and their friends pockets. You should remember that.
