RE:RE:The end is near ! I have watched both LAC and ORL for the past three years.  I only bought into LAC for the first time today. I feel it is high risk but if they pull the rabbit out of the hat the reward ratio (at this price) is worth a small investment.

I see an Elephant in the room

My opinion is that the problem most likely lies  with a self interest local group. Someone or somegroup holding up the project for either a bigger part, or all of the pie.

Dr. Perez leaves when the company is ready to build? I guess he did not want his name associated with a success.

If I dropped more than 50 mill into a project and the results were fantastic why would I quit , when my company needs the product?  I wouldn't unless I felt  I could lose all of my investment.

The above is pure conjecture and I have no valid information to back up my opinion except for investing experiences in the mining market.
