I was wondering that as well.... 

It really appears that lenders want further derisking in order to deliver on terms that SWY is willing to accept. IMO all this money is spoken for and orchestrated to accomplish financing on the best terms possible and I am thinking that some of that money will be to buy back into NAR.... This is just my everchanging opinion. 

Haven't bought into NAR yet, Bought DPM though and they are up since my purchase. Things are interesting right now and I am only half in SWY at the moment... scared to go back in full for fear of the past repeating and dropping in SP again....Though I definitely would not borrow at this stage! 

Oh well... my endless musings that take me away from being a more efficient and productive member of society.....
