Cash flow reporting

Cash flow reporting
I guess one lesson to learn from this debacle is to be suspicious of companies that do not provide full cash flow disclosure including payout ratios. I sold my interest in DGI in Feb/12 for a number of reasons including the lack of cash flow disclosure. What was particularly alarming was that when I did my own calculations the dividends being paid did not appear to be supported by the cash flow.
Also more recently concerning is that their Aug 8 2nd qtr press release stated that management believed that the cash flow would support dividends for 2013. Wondering how they could say that part through the 3rd qtr when they must have realized that there were serious issues.
