Perhaps you missed the word "collectively" wrt shareholders. That goes to the argument about shareholders collectively (those who own shares or obligations with respect to shares - including future obliations to purchase i.e. short sellers).  As for the observation that LTS shareholders collectively blend stupidity and greed and there is not a lot of evidence against that proposition, on average.  There are a lot of smart people that are not overly greedy but they are being swamped by the others right now.  Fear makes some stupid and that drives prices down when fear trumps greed.  Efficient market price theory takes a bit of  a pummelling now and then.
