Some Thoughts

Some ThoughtsAs I alluded to before $1295 gold was/is a critical level previously that got breached before and it reached low $1260's before finding some support.  Now gold today has tagged that $1295 level which has become strong resistance and bounced hard off it now at $1285.  Tomorrow (Nov 15) should be another generally favourable day.  So what you want to see is for gold to break into $1300+ either tomorrow or early next week, because if it stalls here then the probability increases that this is merely a corrective rally before one more downleg to possibly $1250.  The flip side if it breaks through is a run to at least $1325.

Mining stocks will react accordingly.  Timmins already up +14% from the recent 52-week low earlier this week.
