Selling+General+Admin Cost RED LIGHT Warning

Selling+General+Admin Cost RED LIGHT WarningAfter reviewing a few annual reports and recent quarterlies, the following warning signs appear:
1) No mention of growth in user base
2) SGA expenses remain high
3) Related parties on management
4) Value of 50% JV highly questionable based on economics and choice of JV partner

ZMD appears to be a company for the benefit of management, not shareholders.  The salaires are out of line given the revenue and dismal adoption rate by doctors.  What on earth are the spending sales dollars on, no evidence of any sales!

Known related parties are drawing a significant percentage of the SGA cost for saliers:  Yves Marmet + André Marmet.  Questionable other members on the payroll - Robert Powell (he appears to be legacy from the RTO many years ago, what he does who knows, because Ontario has seen no growth), and Marie-Hélène Pinard (nothing in her background indicates she has any accounting skills of financial skills).

The TSX-Venture and Securities commission should investigate the nature of related party transactions and nepostims at the expense of shareholders.

Another Quebec based questionable investment (in Alberta we call them scams, but that would be only correct if the hypothesis above was proven true).  Legal wording for you can't sue me ZMD for asking questions.
