Personally I was happy to see that the rate of development has increased from last quarter and progressing faster than expected underground where the water is.

Also they 1st additional well was pushed back by 2 weeks, but the 2nd well was moved forward from end of December to mid Dec.  So the dewatering program will be complete 2 weeks early.

Overall no big surprises when the market was expecting the worst.
