Does anyone think a takeover is possible for LEG?

Does anyone think a takeover is possible for LEG?Not much M&A taking place in Canada at the moment but I'm thinking if operationally LEG is executing a bigger fish may come and chomp this up.  Trading at 0.87x book (&4x cash) someone could give a 7x cash takeout bid.

Nobody talks takeover when it comes to LEG and I am really surprised it hasn't happened since its been trading below its peer multiples for over a year now.
