Cash Flow
Cash FlowDespite high oil prices (WTI averaged $106 during Q3,CDN heavy oil $88), Q3 Cash flow was only $1 mil higher than Q2's ???????????
For those who predicted much higher CF for Q3,where is it hiding? h
Current oil prices are a lot lower than Q3's, WTI is $93 and heavy oil is $62. These numbers are similar to Q1's when Spy's average oil price was $72, quite a bit less than Q3's $97.Currently Spy is gaining a few $mil on the gas side but how much are they losing on the oil side? Unless heavy oil recovers or NG goes up a fair bit, cash flow going forward will be dissappointing.
Q3 annualized CF was $86 mil giving Spy a debt to CF ratio of 3.4?????????
After deducting $17 mil worth of property sales, debt only dropped by $5 mil??????
How will they ever pay down the debt or maintain the div?
Widows and orphans please look elsewhere, masocists well done.
