RE:RE:RE:RE:NEWSIt appears there is no deal here.  My guess is MSU convinced ZMD and Peak Technologies (another Montreal based client in Oct 2013) that some financing was possible, and charged both companies options for "due dilligence" for a deal that is "conditional" .

No name of the actual investor is given, and MSU was Creation Date: 22-oct-2013.
