RE:CounterclaimThe verdict of the suit and countersuit seeminly will depend on Dahrouge's role in allowing some of Fission's claims to lapse (not PLS). As a former president and director of the company he had to have had input into the decision unless he excluded himself from the process. I presume Fission will contend that they did not abandon their interest in the claims and that Dahrouge used confidential company information to personally benefit by purchasing the claims before Fission could reclaim them. I'm sure it will get deep into the weeds if goes to a judge unresolved, but AMW or PLS won't be affected as it's a completely seperate issue.
