IR says (and I am paraphrasing) that Company's discussion w/ brokers indicates the sell off is short term in nature, not Company related,  and is related to Chinese commodity demand primarily copper.   Company feels it is temporary in nature.  I tend to agree and picked up some more at $2.11 today!  Good luck all.
