In the last 6 months management has spent 45,000 bucks out of pocket to purchase shares. That was Abasov exercising his 15 penny options. He at least feels we can stay above 15 pennies. Nice to see. But as we get ever closer to financing and thus production it is odd that we don't see insiders buying in the open market. I wonder what is wrong. Wouldn't you want to take full advantage of something that is a sure thing?
